Yugenox Data

Yugenox Data, Toronto

Public YouTube and Instagram data, priced per result

Two Apify Actors for YouTube and Instagram, plus Actors for job postings, Canadian retail prices and Realtor.ca listings, all built and maintained by Yugenox Corporation. There is no login, no API key and no subscription. You run them from your own Apify account and pay for the rows you get.

We don't try to be the biggest scraper on Apify. Each of our Actors is built around a few specific jobs that the big ones can't do or charge a lot for, and every page here prices those jobs, dated, with the cases where a competitor is the better pick.

YouTube Scraper

$2.00 per 1,000 videos on every Apify plan. Comments and dislike estimates ride inside the row.

YouTube data without the API quota. Video stats, top comments and a dislike estimate in one row. Search by keyword, scrape a whole channel by typing its name, or paste playlist and video links.

Not offered: subtitle text (best-effort only, so we don't sell on it). Channel About data (country, joined date, total views, links) is an opt-in at no extra charge.

Instagram Scraper

$1.90 per 1,000 results on the Free and Starter plans, $1.50 on Scale and $1.10 on Business. Reel transcripts $0.004 per started minute.

Instagram Reels to text, plus public creator signals. It reads profiles, reels tabs, hashtags, keywords, locations, audio pages and post links, all logged out.

  • Reels to text: a 30-second reel costs about $0.0059 with the transcript, the full post record and Instagram's own AI summary.
  • Influencer vetting: engagement rate, follower counts, paid-partnership flags, bio contacts and up to 50 similar accounts, from public data. About $0.025 per creator.
  • No login, no cookies: nothing to log in to, no session to refresh, no account at risk.
  • Reels by audio and posts by location: paste a sound or a place, get the reels and posts.

Logged-out limits: hashtags and keywords return Instagram's public top posts (about 60), there are no comment replies, and stories are not available.

More YouTube & Instagram tools

Some jobs are better served by a smaller Actor built for just that job, with its own input form and its own price. These are ours, all public on the Apify Store and all reading public data without a login:

Instagram

Each link opens the Actor's Store page, where its README, input form and current prices are. More of our Actors are in the arcade.

Other public data: jobs, retail and real estate

How it works

Open an Actor on Apify (a free account is enough to start), type your input and press Start. Download JSON, CSV or Excel, pull the rows over the API, schedule the run, or send it to Make, Zapier or n8n. Each saved row costs the listed price for your Apify plan, with no monthly fee to us and nothing to cancel.

Ask for it in plain English

Both Actors work as tools inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and VS Code through Apify's hosted MCP server. Add one URL, sign in with your Apify account, and ask something like "pull the top 20 comments from Fireship's last 10 videos and summarise the complaints". The setup guide has one-click installs and the exact URLs.

Run it from code

Every page on this site ends with a working example in JavaScript, Python and curl. This one pulls 50 videos from a channel with 20 top comments each, which costs $0.10:

JavaScript
// Save as run.mjs, then: npm i apify-client && APIFY_TOKEN=... node run.mjs
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';

const client = new ApifyClient({ token: process.env.APIFY_TOKEN });

const run = await client.actor('yugenox/youtube-scraper').call({
  channels: [
    "Fireship"
  ],
  maxItems: 50,
  maxComments: 20
});

const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
for (const item of items) console.log(item.title, item.viewCount, item.commentsCount);

What we won't do

Questions people ask

Do I need a YouTube or Instagram account, or an API key?

No. Both Actors read public pages that anyone can see without signing in. You only need an Apify account, which is what runs the Actors and bills you.

Who runs the scrapers and who bills me?

The Actors run on Apify under your own Apify account. Apify charges you the per-result price and pays Yugenox its share. We never see your payment details.

Can I try them for free?

Yes, on Apify's Free plan. The Instagram Scraper caps Free-plan runs at 100 results, so use it to check the output before a paid run.

Is scraping public YouTube and Instagram data legal?

Both Actors collect only publicly available data. That is generally legal, but results can include usernames and other personal data, so you are responsible for how you store and use it under laws such as GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA and the platforms' terms. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.

How do they compare with the big YouTube and Instagram scrapers?

They cost less for the specific jobs above and more for some others. The YouTube comparison and the reel transcript comparison list prices by plan and say when to pick someone else.

What happens when YouTube or Instagram changes their site?

We fix the Actor. The Instagram Scraper adapts to many web-app changes automatically. If something breaks, open an issue on the YouTube or Instagram Actor's Issues tab.

Run it on your own data

Open the Actor on Apify, paste your input and press Start. You pay per result from your own Apify account, with no subscription to us. Or connect it to your AI assistant and ask in plain English.
