Instagram profile data in bulk: followers, bio and contacts to CSV

Paste a list of Instagram handles or profile links and get one row per account: follower and following counts, bio, every bio link, category, account type, Threads username and the emails and phones the account wrote in its bio. What a profile row holds

From a list of handles to a spreadsheet

1. Open the Instagram Scraper on Apify.
2. Paste the handles or profile links into Instagram URLs (startUrls), one per line. A bare handle like nasa works.
3. Set What to scrape (resultsType) to details: one row per profile, no posts.
4. Press Start, then export the dataset as CSV or Excel.

From code or a pipeline, the same input runs over the API (example at the end of this page), and the dataset downloads directly as https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/<datasetId>/items?format=csv.

Filters that run before billing

• minFollowers and maxFollowers: keep a follower tier, for example 10,000 to 100,000.
• verifiedOnly and businessOnly: only verified accounts, or only business and creator accounts.
• withContactOnly: only profiles with an email or phone in the bio.

Profiles that don't match are skipped and not billed.

Find lookalike accounts

includeRelatedProfiles lists up to 50 accounts Instagram suggests as similar on each profile row; scrapeRelatedProfiles also scrapes up to that many of them, one level deep. Start from five accounts you know and you have a list of a few hundred in the same niche.

Contacts: only what accounts publish

Emails and phones come only from what the account wrote in its bio and bio links. The email and call buttons of business profiles, and the "About this account" panel, are visible only to logged-in accounts, so they are not included. Contact details are personal data: check CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in the EU and UK before you message anyone, and use a clear sender identity and a working opt-out.

Follower counts yes, follower lists no

You get how many followers an account has, on every profile row and on every post's owner. You can't get who follows it: follower and following lists are login-only on Instagram, and this Actor never logs in.

5,000 profiles cost $9.50 on Free and Starter, $7.50 on Scale and $5.50 on Business. apify/instagram-profile-scraper also sells an "About account" add-on (the date an account joined and its country) at $0.0070 per profile on Free; ours can't read that panel logged out.
