Canadian employers that hire through Workday
Forty large employers headquartered or incorporated in Canada that publish their jobs on Workday career sites, with each one's main career-site link and how many jobs it listed on October 6, 2026. Every one of them can be pulled into a spreadsheet by name with the ATS Jobs Scraper, at $1.50 per 1,000 jobs.
- Checked 2026-10-06
- 40 employers, 39 career sites
- Public career sites only
- $1.50 per 1,000 jobs
How this list was built
The ATS Jobs Scraper keeps a directory of about 1,400 large employers (the file was built 2026-09-27). This page lists 40 of the employers in it that are headquartered or incorporated in Canada and post their jobs on a Workday career site. On October 6, 2026 we opened every career site below and read how many jobs it listed: all of them were live. Tim Hortons hires through Restaurant Brands International's career site, so 40 employers share 39 sites. Counts are for all locations, not only Canada, and change daily. This is not every Canadian Workday customer, only the large employers in the directory.
The list
Pull all their jobs in one run
Type the employer names, set countries to CA to keep only jobs in Canada, and the Actor reads each employer's Workday sites and drops the rest before saving. The input below names all 39 career-site owners (Tim Hortons comes with Restaurant Brands International) with maxJobsPerCompany set to 1, a quick check of every board: at most 39 jobs, $0.0585 (an employer with no open job in Canada returns none). Remove the cap for the full pull. Even if every one of the 10,344 jobs on the main sites were in Canada, that would be $15.52; jobs outside Canada are never charged.

Questions people ask
Which Canadian companies use Workday for hiring?
The 40 large employers above post their jobs on public Workday career sites, among them RBC, BMO, CIBC, Manulife, Sun Life, Magna, Canadian Tire, Thomson Reuters and McGill University. Many more Canadian employers use Workday; this list covers the large ones in the Actor's directory.
How current are the job counts?
They were read on 2026-10-06 from each employer's main career site. Jobs open and close daily, so run the Actor for today's numbers.
Can I get only the jobs located in Canada?
Yes. Set countries to CA. Jobs elsewhere are dropped before they are saved and never charged, and an employer's career sites for other regions are skipped.
Can I pull an employer that isn't on this list?
Yes. Type its name or paste its Workday career-site link in the Actor. The list here is a starting point, not the limit of what it can read.
